RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products being customised/printed to the order specifications supplied by the customer via online order or by email, refunds and returns are not possible. Should a typo or any other error occur due to a capturing, artwork error on our side, Stuck2U will replace and reprint the stickers or labels ordered at our cost. If the error originates on the customer side, by a typo or not selecting the correct icon, font etc, the stickers or labels cannot be reprinted at our cost. A small discount or free shipping may be offered on the 2nd order to assist but the onus lies with the customer to ensure that the correct data is entered when ordering our products online or by manual order form.
Artwork previews are not supplied on our standard product range as this will slow down our production time waiting for customer replies.
All products on the website have photographs/artwork indicating what the stickers or labels will look like once printed.
All customised orders for stickers that are not part of our standard product range indicated on our website, will only be printed once artwork has been approved. Such artwork will be emailed through for approval, either as a screenshot on an email or a pdf file to view.
When ordering customised products, all specifics must be supplied such as pantone colours if required or font specifications. Errors made due to insufficient information being supplied on order fall to the customer and not to Stuck2U
CANVA files are not accepted as they are not compatible with our printing process and will have to be redrawn at an artwork fee of R75 – R250 depending on what is required. Please ensure that artwork supplied is a vector PDF format or a high resolution .png file.
