1. Shipping / Delivery
    All orders are sent out by Courier, Uber Courier (by customer request) or can be collected from our office in Durbanville.
    Cape Town Central/Local orders are sent using The Courier Guy/Pudo and should be delivered same day or next day, depending on what time of day the order leaves our office
    Nationwide orders are sent using The Courier Guy/Pudo and should be delivered next day or within 48 hours.
    A tracking number is sent via The Courier booking system once the parcel has left the office.  Please use the tracking details supplied to trace your parcel along the delivery process.
  2. How do I make payment for my order ?
    During the checkout process you will have the option to pay online using your credit/debit card via the Payfast/Ikhokha/PayGate/SnapScan facility or by EFT
    If you select the EFT option, an order email will be sent to you which includes our banking details.  Please ensure to use your order reference number on your EFT payment, to ensure we can pick it up easily and to email your proof of payment to sales@stuck2u.co.za
    Should payment not be received within 3 working days your order will be cancelled.
  3. Is there another way I can order ?
    If you battle to order online for any reason, please download an order form from the PRICE LISTS & ORDER FORM tab on the menu bar or send an email to orders@stuck2u.co.za to place an order.
  4. How long will it take for my order to be completed ?
    Our current turnaround time on orders is 5 – 7 working days from receipt of payment, excluding the day the order is placed, weekends and delivery time by the courier once the order is dispatched.
